To protect against prank bookings and automated spam, our dispatch team may conduct a quick telephone or SMS verification call before handing the parcel over to Pathao Courier. If a customer cannot be reached after 3 separate attempts over 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer security packaging and model number on the box in the presence of the courier delivery agent before making payment.
For hygiene reasons (personal care electronics such as intimate body trimmers and epilators), testing blades directly on human hair is not permitted during rider delivery. Functional testing should be done upon receiving, and any mechanical defect is covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee.
You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before the parcel is collected by the courier. To cancel, contact our customer helpline at +880 1836-816777.
If an order has already been dispatched and is currently in transit with Pathao Courier, cancellation without a valid defect reason may incur return shipping courier charges.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology Act, Consumer Rights Protection Act, and the Ministry of Commerce Digital Commerce Operating Guidelines.
Any dispute that cannot be amicably settled through our customer relations team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
